The access to the house is made by the upper level of the plot, so that the house is composed of three clearly differentiated elements, the stone volumes of the upper part, which has the access and two rooms that share a bathroom, the large white volume, which is configured as a large screen that frames the landscape, which is intended for the living-dining room-kitchen, the master bedroom suite and the terrace.

Both elements are interconnected through a third party, an empty white volume, which connects both floors, and allows the user to contemplate the immensity of the sea once they access the house and cause them to have a great sense of spatial fluidity, between upper and lower spaces.

In short, it is a house that aims to have the environment in which it is located and reveals from all the rooms the impressive landscape in front of it, limiting and framing it, it has a user who feels with all its power in the Mediterranean Sea.
