Two concrete volumes rest on a stone plinth, adapting to the site and dividing the project into day and night areas.

The south-facing orientation with cross ventilation, the small courtyards, the density of the walls and materials, and the use of renewable solar energy all aim to create a project that is completely sustainable within its surroundings.

The project aims to blend seamlessly with its surroundings, combining complementary colors and materials.

The house features a spacious basement with a machine room and laundry room. The ground floor includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The first floor houses three bedrooms, one with a dressing room and en suite bathroom, and another bathroom for the secondary bedrooms.

The home features two distinct volumes that separate the rooms, using their materials to give each area its own personality. Every detail is designed inside to follow the same language inside and outside, including organic elements in wood and stone that provide warmth to the interior, blending in with the outside.
