Projecting your own Architecture studio has been a great challenge and a great illusion to see a dream come true.
Casa Estudio was born as the new headquarters of Antonio Altarriba’s architecture studio, located in an old town house, almost more than 100 years old, which is rehabilitated and structurally consolidated, to be able to condition it to the current standards of comfort and habitability.

Traditional building elements are highlighted, while newer ones are emphasized and left exposed, maintaining a material honesty that provides a clear and direct composition for the building.

Access leads directly to a double-height space housing the office area, while the main office is located on the mezzanine.

The courtyard, which acts as a thermal regulator and green space, becomes the heart of the project, serving as an organizing element for circulation and leading to the library and lounge—a kind of waiting and meeting room where projects can be discussed and presented. The first floor contains the kitchenette and the main meeting room, while outside there is an upper garden with a swimming pool and barbecue area.
