This single-family house is located in the north of Menorca, on a prime plot right on the seafront.

Its shape and size are due to the impact of the coastline, which limits its area, even making it unsuitable for building.

The tallest stone building embodies the day area, the white building houses the night area, with three bedrooms. The central core connects these spaces with the basement, which is illuminated by a longitudinal courtyard that runs along the entire plot on the eastern side.

The house presents itself as a viewpoint overlooking the sea in every room. Its shapes adapt perfectly to the surroundings, allowing you to enjoy the landscape from the privacy of the house's interior.
