As a determining factor for the project, we had to have views of the Sierra Calderona on the north side, at a height of 3 meters above ground level, while the east and west sides bordered on other plots, leaving the south side free. of obstacles.

The idea is to "occupy" the plot with a series of volumes, so that they colonize it in its longitudinal axis, positioning themselves in such a way that all spaces have double ventilation, which causes the enjoyment of the entire plot from the access to the final limit, which is where the outdoor pool is located.

The intention is to relate all the spaces to each other, both externally and internally, including the basement level. For this, the volumes are distributed around a patio that allows the garden to enter the house, making it seem infinite thanks to its visual relationship.

The materials used are glass, limestone, and corten steel, both relating through a similar quartering.
