In an incredible environment, from where you can see the sea in all places, the building makes a gradual approach to it, closing off access, and making certain openings to generate cross ventilation, but opening completely.

The building rests on a stone volume-plinth, embedded in the ground, with openings on the east side, providing the lower rooms with light, ventilation and magnificent views. The living room rests on this plinth, materialized through a two-height white volume.

The  materials used are natural stone, white stucco, elm wood and the blue of the Denia sea.
