The house in La Cañada is located on a corner plot of rectangular geometry, with two of its dividing sides, and the other two facing the street, one of them being the main one with high traffic.

The main idea is to compose a building made up of two volumes clearly differentiated by their texture and shape, and related to each other by means of hollows, materialized through double heights and an exterior and interior patio. The base volume, white, is where the common elements of the house will be, and configured in a way that protects the privacy of the users, so that it turns its back on the high-traffic road, and leaves its north and south faces open.

The spatial relationship between the two compositional volumes, which thanks to the hollowing out of the patios or double heights, allow them to be connected at all times, and the opening of the interior spaces to interesting exterior areas both for orientation and for visual projection, are two characteristics principles that have guided the realization of this project at all times.
