This complex of eight semi-detached homes in groups of two, located in Rocafort, Valencia, is the continuation of the three-unit M1.5 project.

In this phase, four houses are being developed, consisting of two stone bodies: the lower one houses the living area and a bedroom, and the upper one houses the sleeping area. Every house has a swimming pool, designed as a sheet of water that complements the complex.

The intention was to create a set of semi-detached homes, paired together, with identical programs and suitable for the future client.

Each house consists of a spacious basement with a bathroom, storage room, and laundry room. The ground floor includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The first floor houses three bedrooms, one with a dressing room and en suite bathroom, and another bathroom open to the hallway.

The two semi-detached houses are presented as a single volume, creating a sense of harmony between them, which is complemented by the choice of organic, natural, and calm materials.
