This renovation in Godella transforms and rehabilitates an old house into a new space that serves as a home for a family with three children.

The project consists of two parts: one that is rehabilitated and highlights all its structural elements, such as the roof of wooden beams, brick and tile, and which serves to house the rooms both on the ground floor and in the attic; and another element that was an extension of that old house, which was partially demolished due to its precarious state and is transformed into the living-dining-terrace of the new house.

The garden is redistributed, creating a pool that acts as a sheet of water that cools the patio and the double ventilation of the house, generating a microclimate.
